DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) act as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. You acknowledge that your travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the Supplier, a government entity, or other third party over which we have no control. You further acknowledge that the Supplier's own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.
3. FINAL PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION and CHANGE FEES
All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. It is your responsibility to note the final payment dates and plan accordingly. DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC will make every effort to contact the Traveler with reminders; however, DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC is not responsible for missed payment dates. Suppliers may have deadlines of 5 pm, 9 pm, or midnight for their cutoff dates. Please note: Most transactions are posted in 48 hours. It is your responsibility to take this into account and not assume that your payment meets the deadline.
Any cancellations that result from your missing final payment are your responsibility; if reinstatement is possible, it may incur additional costs for which you will be responsible. You understand that failure to make final payment or breaching any of the Supplier’s conditions of purchase can result in cancellation of your reservations and your being denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, and forfeiting any monies paid for your reservations.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC charges a $50 per person cancellation fee for any trips canceled at any time after booking. Before any cancellation is processed, the fee must be paid via Zelle or Cash App. TRAVEL INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER AGENCY PENALTY.

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed, and you will be responsible for any increases in cost imposed by the Supplier, as well as any DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC or Supplier change fees. All requests for changes and cancellations to a booking must be made in writing to DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC. When tour, cruise, or package prices are based on Suppliers’ contract rates, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of travel.
4. CHECK-IN
Minimum check-in for domestic flights is 2 to 2½ hours international flights, 3 to 3½ hours. Due to heightened security measures, it is advised you allow extra time before scheduled departure. Failure to arrive within your airline's specified time could result in denied boarding.
5. PROOF OF IDENTITY
All passengers must present accepted photo identification such as a passport or other state or government-issued photo. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC AIR TRAVELERS: The Federal Real ID Act mandates stricter security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and other forms of identification and prohibits Federal agencies from accepting for official purposes identification that does not meet these standards. Beginning on May 7, 2025, every air Traveler will need to present Real ID-compliant identification to be permitted to board a domestic flight; therefore, those holding a non-compliant driver’s license will need to present an acceptable alternate form of identification, such as a valid U.S. passport. To avoid disruption to their travel plans, air travelers are strongly encouraged to consult with the Department of Homeland Security (https://www.dhs.gov/real-id) to determine whether their state-issued identification is Real ID-compliant and, if not, what alternate forms of identification will be accepted at the airport.
Please click here to find the latest information on the required documents.
6. PASSPORTS AND VISAS
You must have a passport to travel to another country. International destinations may have additional requirements such as a visa that you must obtain prior to departure. If you are a non-US citizen, different immigration requirements apply. You are responsible for contacting the consulate(s). Without proper identification, or passport and necessary visas, you will not be permitted to depart.
You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry, and at least two blank pages. Passports must be in good condition, free of damage, and not altered.
Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime and/or a convicted felon. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel.
7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING TSA AND DHS ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of each Client to obtain and carry a valid passport book, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. Passport cards are not accepted for most international travel. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Acceptable identification can be found at Transportation Security Administration | Transportation Security Administration and examples include DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license, US passport, or a foreign government passport.
Some countries may deny entry or exit to passengers whose passports expire within six (6) months of their expected return date and who do not have at least two blank pages. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation, and you are responsible for making DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC aware when traveling on a passport from a country other than the United States of America. DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC neither controls nor warrants the issuance of visas or approval of visa waivers related to your travel. DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. Should a visa not be issued, DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC is not responsible for lost payments made toward your trip. Please note that the rules of each country regarding entry and exit may change at any time.
Children and minors may need ID. Some domestic flights within the same country may not require separate ID for minors, however, it's best to check with the airline. Children and infants generally require travel documents, such as a passport, to travel internationally, even if they are accompanied by a parent; each country has its own specific rules regarding the documents needed for children to travel with them, so it's important to check before departure. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities; please see https://help.cbp.gov for additional information. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency requires that for groups of children under age 19 arriving to the United States by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or sports team, may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Parental or legal guardian consent must be provided to the supervising adult or group leader in writing.
The name, date of birth, and gender that appear on the identification card must exactly match the same data that is listed on your tickets and booking records. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the information on your tickets and confirmations is accurate. Any discrepancy between your reservation and your travel documentation may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing you to miss your flight, and any subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and tours.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW AND VERIFY ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY. CONTACT DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC IMMEDIATELY IF CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE REQUEST ANY UPDATES TO BE MADE PRIOR TO BOOKING AND MAKING A PAYMENT TOWARD YOUR TRIP. IF YOU HAVE NOT NOTIFIED US OF NECESSARY CORRECTIONS TO YOUR RESERVATION, DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
8. MARIJUANA, CBD, AND RESTRICTED SUBSTANCES
While some U.S. states and countries allow the possession and use of recreational or medical marijuana, federal law prohibits the possession of marijuana, including medical marijuana, at airports, through TSA security checkpoints, and on airplanes. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) enforces federal law, meaning marijuana, CBD products, vapes, and other cannabis-related substances are not permitted through security, customs, or international borders.
Possession of these substances while traveling—whether domestically or internationally—may result in penalties, missed flights, denied entry into a destination, trip cancellations, legal consequences, or even incarceration. It is the responsibility of each traveler to understand and comply with all applicable laws.
We are not responsible for any travel disruptions, legal issues, or financial losses resulting from noncompliance with these regulations. Refunds will not be issued for missed flights, denied entry, or canceled trips due to possession of prohibited substances.
9. EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES
Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s) flight(s), time(s) or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes.
10. FEES AND PRICE DROPS
Fees and Price Drops: You agree to pay the travel planning, change, cancellation, and other fees at https://www.destinationtraveljunkies.com/fee-schedule. All of our fees are non-refundable. If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, we will try to assist you with rebooking if the Supplier allows it, and a fee may apply. We do not guarantee any refunds or successful rebooking.
11. TIMES, FLIGHTS AND FARES
Times, flights, and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to change without notice.
12. PRICE INCREASES
Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to Suppliers’ supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government, even after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. Our quotes and confirmations include all mandatory fees (such as hotel resort fees) that are communicated to us by our reservations systems. However, some suppliers (such as airlines, car rental companies, hotels, and cruise lines) may have other mandatory fees that we have not been made aware of. We are not responsible for such undisclosed fees.
13. LOWEST FARES
We have endeavored to secure the lowest possible fare suitable for your travel requirements based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and the knowledge of the agents involved. However, in view of the deregulation of airline fares, we cannot guarantee that the fare indicated on the ticket will be the lowest possible fare at the departure date.
14. HOTELS
Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel. Rules may vary by property.
15. OVERBOOKING
Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding compensation are available at all ticket counters.
16. TOUR, CRUISE AND PACKAGE PRICES
Tour, cruise, and package prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes, or increases in operational costs. You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes and environmental fees. In addition, group tours/packages are based on a minimum number of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed on all passengers.
17. SUPPLIER BANKRUPTCIES
If an airline or other Supplier declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to honor your reservation made before bankruptcy or to refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. Travel agents are not allowed to refund tickets on airlines that have declared bankruptcy. Money given to a travel agent immediately becomes the property of the airlines, and we are required by laws to comply with airlines' orders.
If an airline declares bankruptcy, it might continue service, limit service, or stop completely. Other airlines might accept passengers under limited circumstances or may refuse to accept any passengers from the defaulted carrier. Meanwhile there are travel insurance plans available for passengers to protect themselves in case of airline bankruptcies.
18. RESERVATION RULE VIOLATIONS
You agree not to purchase a ticket or tickets containing flight segments that you will not be using, such as a "point-beyond," "hidden-city," or "back-to-back tickets." You further agree not to purchase a round-trip ticket you plan to use only for one-way travel. You acknowledge that the airlines generally prohibit all such tickets, and therefore, we do not guarantee that the airline will honor your ticket or tickets. If you do not use one of the flights in your reservation, the airline will cancel your remaining itinerary, and it may confiscate your frequent flyer points. You agree to indemnify us against airline claims for the difference between the full fare of your actual itinerary and the value of the ticket or tickets that you purchased.
19. CREDIT CARD MERCHANT
If we are the merchant on your credit card transaction, bear in mind that our services consist of counseling, facilitating the sale, and paying the Supplier. If a Supplier does not provide the service or ceases operations, your recourse is against the Supplier, not us. You agree not to initiate a chargeback against us or a refund request that is not authorized by this Agreement and to pay any and all legal fees incurred by us in disputing any such claim for refund.
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC. By submitting a credit card authorization form to DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC, you agree to allow DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf. EXCEPTING IN CASES 0F FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT T0 FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED TRIP PAYMENT, DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.

If you have a current or prior criminal offense, contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. You can visit the US State Department Website for further information about these requirements. See, https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html. We do not inquire about an individual’s criminal record in the interest of respecting our Clients’ privacy. For example, if traveling to or through Canada, individuals with a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) record or with judgements for unpaid child support should review current entry requirements. See: https://www.canada.ca.
23. IMMUNIZATIONS AND HEALTH SCREENINGS
You must have the proper immunizations and health screenings and the required documentation of such immunizations and screenings before travel. DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health, vaccination, or documentation requirements prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. All offers, incentives, and Supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. You are advised to confirm reservations well in advance of your anticipated dates of travel to avoid disappointment, increases in fares, and additional late booking fees.
If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed, and you will be responsible for any cost increases imposed by the Supplier, as well as any DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC or Supplier change fees. All requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC. When tour, cruise or package prices are based on Suppliers’ contract rates, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of travel.

27. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on the aircraft.
(1) Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in the passenger’s luggage or on the passenger’s person. A violation can result in five years’ imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radio- active materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radiopharmaceuticals.
(2) There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in the passenger’s luggage and certain smoking materials carried on the passenger’s person. For further information, each passenger should contact the relevant airline representative(s) on their itinerary. Restrictions on hazardous materials are listed https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/all
28. INSECTICIDE NOTICE
We recommend that you refer to the DOT https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray list of airports in countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides prior to the flight or while on the aircraft. If you purchase air travel through DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC does not have the right to control the operations of independent airlines, and agree that DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage related to your purchase of air tickets or air travel, including, but not limited to any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by any act, error or omission of the airline, including their failure to deliver services, partial or inadequate delivery of services, airline policies including refund or rebooking policies, fees for checked or carry-on luggage, fuel increases, bankruptcy or cessation of operations.

Many airlines do not permit upgrades on airfare purchased in certain fare classes or when using frequent flyer miles, loyalty status or certificates.
Seat assignments are not guaranteed even after they are assigned, and DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC has no control over airline seat assignments. Most airlines charge a fee to pre-book a seat.
